HERITAGE HOUSE CONTRACT FOR GARDEN RENTAL RESERVATION

Location fee:
Wedding ceremony (no reception)…………………………..… $250 + 7.5% sales Tax
Ceremonies may last up to two hours and include up to
60 guests. Serving of anything other than champagne
is subject to an additional fee.
 
Dinner/Reception………………………………………………..  $400 + 7.5% sales tax
Events may last up to 4 hrs including set up and breakdown
A fee of $100 for each additional hour will be charged.
 
Rehearsal fees for after-hour rehearsals (after 4 p.m.)….…$50/hr + 7.5 % sales tax
 
Reservation fee.……………………………………………….......$150

Refundable damage and security deposit………………………………… .$100
 
Rental chairs (40 black folding) are available at $3.00/chair
Rental fees must be paid in 21 days advance unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellations must be made within 60 days of the event in order for the reservation fee to be refunded.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will not be subject to cancellation fees.
